2 OPTIONS FOR RETURNS
- exclusively in the shop;
- through delivery, while the shipping is covered by the client and the money will be transferred through the bank into the client's bank account.
We process and ship our orders within 1-2 working days (Public Holidays are excluded).
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
Returns/ exchanges are accepted if the following conditions are met:
- We accept 1 return per month
- When packaging is the same and the product it s in the original condition received
- When the items looks unused and the smell it is not changed
- When the labels are not removed
- When the products were NOT on Discount bigger than 20%*.
- When the acquisition documents are available and valid within 14 days
The client had received our approval via e-mail for the return.
If you have any uncertainties, wish to initiate a return or exchange, or have inquiries, please reach out to us.
We accept returns for domestic purchases within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for unworn or unused items. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. This return process is permitted only once within a one-month period from the date of purchase.
If you exceed the one-time return or exchange request within one month (calculated from the date of the initial purchase), you will receive a shopping voucher valid for 30 days from the initiation of the procedure. Refunds will no longer be accepted, and the exchange process will be substituted with the voucher until its expiry.
1. READY FOR DELIVERY
All return shipping costs will be at your expense
Ensure that the products are securely packed in their original packaging, if available, to guarantee safe delivery.
For size exchanges, we offer a SWAP service, where we will dispatch the new item to you. Upon receiving the package, you can hand the old item to the courier. This type of return service will be complimentary for you if the total basket value exceeds 300 Lei.
2. SENDING THE PACKAGE
Please send the parcel by registered mail with a receipt.
Please note: in the case of postal returns, ROGUE8 will not accept any unpaid or pay-as-you-ship parcels and will not bear the cost of postage returns.
Size change or refund will be processed within 3 to 12 business days after the parcel reaches our store.
3. EXCHANGE
If you prefer another size, if you want to change the item with another model or color, you need to contact us. We will decide together which item will be sent to you in return.
For changing the product with another one with a higher value, ROGUE8 STORE can arrange a swap service , on our expense, valid only on the Romanian territory. The second product may be changed only on your expense.

5. REFUND POLICY FOR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a client places an order online and refuses the package before identifying the reason for the refund, without opening it, the following fees will apply:

Delivery and Return Fees: The client will be charged for the transportation cost of the initial delivery attempt plus the return fee.

Additional Charge: An additional fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied.

Free Shipping Adjustment: If the original shipment was free, the cost of the initial delivery will be included in the final refund fee.
Please note that the courier is obligated to attempt delivery three times. These fees are implemented to cover the costs incurred due to the refusal of the package.
6. EXCEPTIONS
During periods of discounts and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than normal. The discounted products bought and tried in store, cannot be changed anymore.
The discounted products CANNOT BE CHANGED when they were bought and tried in store.
