Refund Policy

At Rogue8, we aim to provide a smooth and fair return and refund process. Below are the details of our refund policy to help you navigate returns with ease.

Options for Returns

We offer two options for returning items:

  1. In-Store Returns:
    • You can return or exchange your items directly at our shop.
  2. Returns via Delivery:
    • Shipping costs for returns are covered by the client.
    • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the client’s bank account.

Return Conditions

We accept domestic returns within 14 calendar days from the purchase date for unworn or unused items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

To ensure your return is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging, if available.
  • Labels must remain attached to the product.
  • Returns must include valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

How to Process a Return

  1. Prepare Your Package:

    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, to ensure safe delivery.
    • Attach the delivery notice and include the following details in your email to rogue8conceptstore@gmail.com or me@rogue8.net:
      • Your Name
      • Reason for Return
  2. Label Your Parcel:

    • Use the return address label included in your delivery note.
    • If you cannot find the label, please send the parcel to:

  3. Send the Package:

    • Go to the post office and send the parcel via registered mail with a receipt.
    • Please note: We do not accept unpaid or pay-as-you-ship parcels, and the cost of postage will not be covered by Rogue8.
  4. Processing Time:

    • Refunds or size changes will be processed within 3 to 12 business days after the parcel reaches our store.
  5. Important Notes on Returns

    1. Non-Justifiable Returns Fee (5%):

      • To maintain fairness and discourage misuse of the return process, a 5% fee will be applied to returns made for non-justifiable reasons.
      • For example, if a product is clearly described as "oversized" with accurate photos and videos, and the client returns it citing "too large" as the reason, this fee will apply.
      • We encourage clients to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and videos before purchasing. If you have any doubts, please contact us—we are happy to assist you!
    2. Refunds for Refused Packages:

      • If a client refuses a package without identifying a valid reason or opening it, the following fees will apply:
        • Delivery and return shipping costs.
        • An additional 10% of the total order value.
        • If the shipment was free, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for another size, model, or color:

  • Return the product by following the steps above.
  • To place a new order, visit our website at www.rogue8.net.

During Discounts and Promotions

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be longer during periods of discounts and promotions.
  • Items purchased with a discount greater than 50% are non-returnable, as indicated on the product page.

For the "One Size' Items, most of them are produces as a volumetric M/L but because of the cut, it suites perfectly to size S and almost without any stress to size XL. 

If a product or size is out of stock, you can fill out the 'back in stock' form/email to get notified of when we've restocked the product!

Yes! We ship internationally, but not everywhere! The costs for shippment are very high on certain areas and unpredicteble and out of our forecast, because of the customs costs. 

But, you may create your order and live it into your 'abandoned cart'. You may send us an email to tell us where do you want to receive the package. We may calculate your cost based as well on your volume and vaue of the basket, and add the cost after we check all details. After all these steps, you may choose if you want the basked shipped or not. 

Please keep in mind your package may take a bit longer than expected due to customs.
